Debra Orringer, MS, is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, ACE Medical Exercise Specialist, Menopause Coaching Specialist and Certified Integrative Health Coach with more than 25 years of experience helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Her approach blends science-based exercise physiology with supportive, practical coaching that meets each client exactly where they are.
